This is to advise that I have had the pleasure of working with Lippe Construction on recent renovation projects. The words 'pleasure' and 'Contractor' are rarely used in the same sentence. However, Lippe Construction brings their extensive knowledge and experience to each project and provides superior project management/supervision, high quality workmanship, ability to meet even difficult schedules and best of all competitive pricing.

They utilize experienced, professional subcontractors for all of their work resulting in minimal punch list corrections. If there are any change order requests, they are usually the result of an add to scope. I would choose Lippe Construction for projects in the future based on their ability to deliver what they say they will on time and on budget.
